The room service got our order wrong, frustrating. We woke up to a loud alarm that went off at 6 am and wasn't reset. I had booked this room for my wife's birthday, and the inconvenience really put a damper on our plans.

Location: the hotel was just next door to downtown Toronto and CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Aquarium, Second City comedy, and Starbucks and the restaurant on the roof terrace. The place was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Khao San Road, where you can have dinner...

Bisha Hotel served up some serious vibes with delicious in-room service food, the chicken was fabulous! Plus, you can chill by the rooftop bar and soak in that epic CN Tower view. The attentive staff really were great.
That rooftop pool, while gorgeous, felt more like a photo op with guests dining super close by. It was a bit of a buzzkill, honestly. And I really missed having a proper desk to get some work done. No desk, no productivity!

A amazing rooftop experience
Waking up each morning reminded me of a dream, with the fine view of the CN Tower from our room. The staff were cute.
The rooftop pool felt more like a spectator sport rather than a serene escape, cramped with diners enjoying their meals nearby.
